Product Orders

b. Order Acceptance: Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, geographic restrictions, and suspected fraudulent activity. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and provide a refund where applicable.
c. Pricing and Payments: All prices displayed on our website are in PKR and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and authorizing the payment for your orders. We use secure payment processors, but we do not store or have access to your full payment details.
d. Order Cancellations and Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Information: We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method, location, and external factors beyond our control.
b. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
c. International Orders: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for applicable regulations.
Returns and Refunds
a. Return Policy: We accept returns for eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions on our website or contact our customer support team.
b. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges or applicable restocking fees.
c. Non-Returnable Items: Some products, such as personalized or perishable items, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
About Affiliate Program
By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to create a fair and profitable partnership between you and our e-commerce store.
a. Affiliate Commission
Default Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a default commission of 7% on the total sale amount of each completed order generated through their unique affiliate link.
Increased Commission Rate: Once an affiliate reaches 150 successful conversions (completed orders), the commission rate may be increased. The specific rate and terms of the increase will be communicated to the qualifying affiliate.
Payment Conditions: Commissions will be paid out only after the successful completion of the order. A successful completion is defined as an order that is paid for, delivered, and not returned within the return period.
b. Eligibility and Enrollment
To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout their participation in the program.
c. Order Completion and Commission Payment
Order Completion: An order is deemed complete when it has been delivered to the customer and the return period has elapsed without the item being returned.
Payment Schedule: Commissions will be calculated at the end of each month and paid out within 30 days of the end of the month in which the orders were completed.
Payment Method: Payments will be made via the Direct Bank Transfer payment method which must have to be selected by the affiliate during registration. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their payment details are accurate and up to date.
d. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their affiliate links are properly formatted and used on their platforms. We will not be liable for any tracking or reporting errors due to improper use of affiliate links.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
e. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, affiliates will no longer be eligible to earn or receive commissions for any future sales.
f. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program after such notification will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
g. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising from this agreement and the affiliate program will not exceed the total commission paid or payable to the affiliate under this agreement.

Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Zaram Stores or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
b. User Content: If you post or submit any content on our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose.
Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimer: Our website and products are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
b. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaram Stores and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of products from us.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zaram Stores, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
